Description

We best know Jim Collins for his 2001 book, “Good to Great,” which is rated as one of the best business books in the 21st Century. In fact, Collins has written four books over the years, each meticulously researched and each providing important lessons for all of us. This session will discuss the importance of Collins' research and the implications for management teams that want to make the transition from being merely good to truly great.
